On Saturday, July 30th, the second meeting of the Rainbow Familiesgroup was held.
Jelica Marić Dević, who works in the Office of the Center for Family Placement and Adoption, spoke about foster care and adoption, the great need that exists for foster families and the opportunities that exist for rainbow families as well. Sanja Jovanović, Link4Med, spoke about the legal and medical circumstances related to the use of biomedically assisted reproduction in Serbia and abroad. The group was held in Novi Sad, in the premises of the Group Izađi, attended by 18 people and several babies ☺️
We remind you that the first meeting was held in Belgrade in May, and then in June the Colorful Picnic was held for children whose parents are LGBTIQ people.
The Rainbow Families Group was launched in 2022 at the initiative of the organization Labris, with the aim of empowering, strengthening the mutual connection and information, as well as improving the legislative position of rainbow families.
