Labris , in partnership with Youth office  Novi Beograd, and with support of Ministry of youth and sport, from April till October 2011. realizes project “ I want to tell you…”.

Project “ I want to tell you…” deals with LGBT youth ( LGBT- lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender people) who are still in high school and its primarily intended for those who are working with youth but it addresses young people as well.

Planned program has couple steps and includes: making two brochures, for high school students and teaching staff in accordance to the project theme, one day interactive training for associates , teaching staff and students in the Novi Beograd municipality as well as forum theater for associates , teaching staff and students. If, after the realization of the project young people show interest for human rights, Youth office in the municipality Novi Beograd will create activist group that will be doing peer education in the field of human rights.

Within the process of making brochure for high school students , first activity was organizing of interactive workshop. Goal of the workshop was to gather information about what are the interests of young people when it comes to LGBT peers. Youth office and labris organized workshop for ten young participators age 18-23. It was a discussion about most dominant stereotypes and prejudices, and young people had a chance to discuss different issues with Labris activists, through so called “live library”.
