The conditions for the peaceful and non-violent holding of the Pride parade on 27th June have not yet been provided in Serbia, it has been noted by the nongovernmental organizations’ representatives from Labris – lesbian human rights organization and Gay Straight Alliance. In this way we would like to severely condemn the statements of Mr. Petar Lađevic, the chief of Human and minority rights department, given in an interview published in today’s issue of a daily newspaper, Danas. Lađević has again displayed extremely unacceptable and disinterested attitude and a number of unprofessional assertions regarding the state of human rights in our country.
